ok, i got an idea. how bout we get an OT forum, but with like some restrictions! iono, maybe longer waiting period between posts? i think 5 minutes should do it. or no! half an hour! or maybe they can only type a litmited amount of words!

A restriction that maintains each post must be at least 17 words, cannot use any of the same words twice, must have a 3:1 consonant-vowel ratio, make complete sense, and be completly on topic....

ok, but what about the thing about longer waiting periods between posts? if its like 5 minutes, i think people would talk in the forums that DO pertain to the site.
