Local Upload

I’m kind of new to this a-m-v.org uploading and stuff so is it possible to have my videos hosted by a-m-v.org, because I’ve seen videos that have a local download link to them and I was just wondering how I could go about setting up my videos like that?

Oh, and if anyone has a guide for uploading videos I would be thankful if you could post it so I could Read it!
