Obviously it's allowed to use audio from a non-anime movie along with anime footage, there's plenty of that on the site. I'm curious would it be ok to make a trailer with anime audio and non-anime footage? If my experiment works (fat chance) I'd like to know if I can upload it here.

On a related question, how would one list the source if you were using an anime trailer for original audio and some of the video?

I'd just put the ful Movie title as the Artist and the type of trailer as the song such as:

Artist: Neon Genesis Evangelion: End of Evangeleion
Song: Theatrical Trailer

or something like that.
