Uploading AMV videos

Im Pritty New To This Site Ive got a great video that i want to upload but im not sure how to do it i got the information in fine but i cant find anywhere on this site wher you upload the video what do i do now

On the Members main page, the menu in the top left-hand corner has a link saying "Upload Video".

That's where you want to go <s>, way down to Kokomo</s>.

thats easier said then done i did that but thers nothing in ther wher you right the file directory and physicaly upload it i got the file name of my amv video and everything but every time i click comfirm upload nothing happens what am i doing wrong arrrrghhhh
