Uploading hard-to-find famous AMVs by proxy?

Hello,

so I finally managed to download the fabled Odorikuruu from a Hungarian server at an average speed of 800 B/s (I lost count of the times the cursed thing timed out on me), and I began to wonder why it hadn't already been uploaded to those nifty local servers. The first thought that struck me was "Hey, I could do the AMV community a favour by uploading this rare beast by proxy!" But then I remembered that there already is an entry for Odorikuruu in the database by Aokakesu-sama himself, which is alas downloadless, and never shall there be two entries for the same video. (Of course there's also the question why Aokakesu (peas be upon him) never got the video onto the local servers himself, but let's leave that aside, shall we?) Can I still somehow make the video available to the general public, aside from hosting it myself (which I don't really have the means for right now)? Is there any kind of provision for such cases? This is not the only example of a not-so recent but still brilliant AMV being left without working download links, after all ... yet people will have copies they would maybe like to make available. Or so I imagine.

Many apologies if I overlooked a FAQ explaining this. Also please pardon my slightly incoherent writing style. My only excuse is that it's 3:35 am right now ...
