New Forum Rule: Video Software Help

I was thinking that so many people post about the same software problems that there should be a new rule fot this forum. Why not have each topic start with whatever software you're talking about with the version and then you're question. Of course it only would apply to specific software, while people looking for types of software would just have regular topics.

Example Topic:
Adobe Premiere 6.0: Motion Settings

Some questions aren't program-specific.

For instance, I remember that I once asked a question about the best way to integrate animated material and 3D CG in a scene. That question wasn't specific to just one program, but it still pertained to the use of video software.
