"all my videos have been entered"

This is kind of belated, as it pertains to the VCA, but if I check "all my videos have been entered" does that mean I no longer have the ability to enter new one's, and cannot uncheck that option?

No. I've had that box checked since the day I got here and have never had a problem adding new videos to the database as they're completed.

i think it's more for reference
so that they know (or you can make them think they know) that they have all of your completed/premiered videos, what with this site aiming for the goal of complete AMV database, they would like to have every video listed in their files

doesn't necessarily mean they have to have it LOCAL, a-m-v.org isn't suppose to be a download center, just a database, video profile is enough
