Local download problem

Is anyone having problems with local downloads failing? Or how about is anyone in Hong Kong having problems with local downloads at the moment?

I've been in Hong Kong for a few days and since I got here I have had real problems getting anything that is hosted locally. After about 75% the connection just gets closed.


Phade: Just in case you keep a connection log, as I write this I am connecting on 210.3.26.57. I can't give you a tracert as the ISP isn't allowing egress on ICMP.

I will also check with the ISP to see if they are doing anything silly with high traffic TCP connections.
