With all the top30 lists there are why not have a list of videos rated by a set group of people. Also a list for the best new vids of the week maybe a top 10 or something.

OK, maybe I'm really missing something here, but what practical purpose could that serve, besides creating spite?

Isn't that what the top 10% and the star ratings are for. Your idea seems to have elitism written all over it.

I just thougt that their should be some sort of unbias review of all vids. Sorry if it was a bad idea.

Your idea would give anything but unbiased reviews. Having human beings do unbiased reviews is like trying to get a computer to play Go. It's possible, but the challenges and problem space are huge.

you can filter the 10% list by creators or fans
