I for one wouldn't mind changing the required number of votes from 91 to 100. I just find that 91 out of 150 votes is kind of a loose representation. Ya, over 50% represents the majority, but it might be better for a higher percentage.
In all reality, the more recent banners haven't had any trouble surpassing 100 votes, but perhaps this way people may also be a little more leniant. Seriously, I think only a single banner has received more than 120 votes. And that would only represent 80% of the members. -_-

I suppose that you're right, but both options are awfully tempting. It's not like we're waiting very long anyways, only about 24 hours or so. I wouldn't exactly want these banners to become something that people figure "Hey, I have a few minutes, why not make a banner and see if it gets voted in by tomorrow?".
18%? Whoa, I never really noticed that, but you are indeed quite right. And I was actually wanting to make it harder for a person to have there banner voted in. Not to discourage people, but in reality to encourage them to perhaps put a little more effort into a banner before submitting it. I get a little disappointed when I see 10 new banners, but none of which I'd actually vote for.
Oh well, I suppose it's just a matter of opinion. That, and having to sacrifice your creativity for what people want if you actually want your banner to be voted for. ~_^
