What does "No" mean?

What does "No" mean?

When I want to download something, usual it has "local" "direct" "indirect", but lots of them also have "no"...is there anything i can do to make that "yes"? please reply! if there's no way to download them, why are they even there? :(

No means, that the video is not available to download.

So you can't make them yes, unless you are the person who entered it in the catalog to begin with.
