im new why cant i download?

its been over two weeks since i joined and i made a pledge today and mailed it today. but i still cant download? it just trys to play the file in the media player ,then it never plays.

so my question is when can i download local videos?

So what you're saying is that when you click "LOCAL", Windows Media Player automactically opens and tries to play that file?

yes it automaticlly tries to open in media player

Hmmm, try this. When WMP is trying to open, immediately close it. Then somewhere at the bottom of the screen, you should see this text:

The download should have automatically started by now. If it did not, click here.

Try right-clicking the "here" link and choose save-as.
