Uploading on a Mac

I feel so stupid for asking this, but I never use Macs. I'm trying to upload my video to the local server using the ftp site. But I have no idea what to do once I get here. On my PC all you have to do is drag and drop, but that's not working here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

I believe that the tool you need is called Transmit: http://www.panic.com/transmit/
