Regarding my signature. It is a fine signature, colorful and fun, without being stupid or cloying or annoying. The interpretation of it is left to the viewer, and so far I haven't heard any comments, pro or anti, about it.

It is a perfectly neutral signature image.

Now, here's the rub: the moderators seem to be fruit hatahs. I'm not sure why, and I don't think I really want to know. However, while they might be able satisfy their prejudice and hatred by getting rid of it, that doesn't help me, or the silent people who enjoy my sig, a whole lot.

So, I propose a time limited poll: "Is Kthulhu's sig that much of a pain to deal with?". A simple yes or no question, with yes, no, or neutral options. Majority no votes: my current sig goes. Majority yes votes: it stays as is. Majority neutral votes: I'll work to make it meet the guidelines.

So, with that, I have lain down the gauntlet, and, if the mods are honorable people of substance like Phade seems to think they are (why else are they hidden mods?), I assume they will pick it up.

Well, its a fine sig and all, but maybe the moderators don't like it because it breaks the forum rules for maximum sig image height?

I like it just fine...but I'll have to say neutral vote. Because if I give my approval for you to break the sig size rule...how can I in good conscience remind others to follow the rule?

Also, I've warped this into a principled cause. And besides, my sig doesn't look as nice at lower resolutions.

I like high-definition fruit.

I actually have a whole lot LESS of a problem with sigs your size comapred to people who make a crapload of images the correct size and display them all.

Um, to me, that defeats the purpose...and they get away with it too...

Since I don't really have a sig, I guess that makes it ok?

I had a fox at an IMac once that was linked to my profile. Apparently I offended some Mac hating mod because they changed it to the "My Profile" text you see before you.

I never said anything about it before now...mostly because I don't care...but I guess it must have been too deceptive
