Downloading Fragments

Ok, I saw a topic similar to this on the page, but the answer was never really resolved. I've uploaded my AMV, and on the confirmation sheet it says it uploaded all 42 some odd MB, but when I go to download it, it comes up as a partial video file and won't open.

Now, I used IE as my FTP service, and it copied all the file over, and when I try to download it, it takes enough time to justify having downloaded the entire file, yet for some reason, only a part of it is there.

I was wondering if anyone else has been having this problem and how you go about resolving it? Or, if for some reason all my video IS actually there and I'm just having some trouble downloading it.
