AMV video title correction

I'm attempting to change the title of an AMV that is now locked, but when I fill out the form to change the title, it doesn't show up under "Active Requests". Rather than keep filling out the form like I'm ringing a doorbell, I thought I'd ask here instead, and be potentially just as obnoxious. Is the form just not working or is it just not showing up under active requests?

The title is a locked info, much like anime and music employed, so after it's entered it goes through an approval stage. This is in order to avoid situations like Tom the Fish, where people will blank out comments or take down videos, which is detrimental to the catalog and to the userbase.
That said, I went on and approved the title change request, your video is now called "One Match."
