Can't enter unpremiered video?

I have a completed video that I need to add to the database (my AWA Pro entry for this year). It was never played at AWA and I do not know if I will send it anywhere else. The form is not letting me advance beyond Step 1 with a blank premiere date, which I know ought to be possible because I've done it before with a video that I never intended to release publicly anywhere.

Help?
