I'm trying to upload a video, but the list isn't appearing.
I don't know if there's some problem with the anime (Oda Nobuna No Yabou) or with the music (Link by Aimi) that I chose

The problem you are running into is that Oda Nobuna no Yabou wasn't confirmed as anime. (A mod or admin has to confirm each new anime entry by hand, and a video must use at least 1 confirmed anime to be able to upload to LOCAL)

I've confirmed it under the official English title: Ambition of Oda Nobuna, the (TV)

You should be all set to upload now.
