Optional additional quick comments?

when you go to preview something you've already seen, and have something more to say, could we have the quick comment box there?
only it's not required like the first time.

You don't /have/ to leave a big long comment in an opinion. I get a lot of ops that are shorter than QCs that I get. Believe me, even short comments are appreciated. Plus then you can leave the scoring, which is just additional info but you don't have to go too in depth.

If you have enough that you need to come back and comment more, then you have enough for an opinion.

it's not that i come back TO say more, i just come back to watch it, and have something to say. sometimes i just leave a star rating without a qc, but the next time i watch it i have a little something to say.

qc 1 : this is cool, 3/5
qc 2 : i like the lighting effects.
