Posters / Banners in Video Information

Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some help with something I've been trying to figure out lately.
I have a few posters made to put in my video information like lots of editors do. I've tried to insert certain links into the video information, but nothing is happening.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this? If so, it would mean a lot if you could share!
