cuteftp is program that will allow you to upload your files via ftp as an alternative to using explorer. open the program cuteftp:

Start CuteFTP Home by clicking on the 'Start Button ->Programs (All Programs for Windows XP users) ->GlobalSCAPE -> CuteFTP Home' and select the CuteFTP Home icon. CuteFTP Home will now launch and take you to it's main screen.

and then proceed with the previous instructions i posted. the site manager is neither in my computer nor the link i posted. it is in the cuteftp program.

Alright I followed your steps but after I click conect this thing pops up with my username and it asks for the password i was given, i put it in and click okay but then it pops up again.

make sure the login method box on the right side of the site manager has "normal" selected.

otherwise, either your password expired or you uploaded something to the local server already. to check if your video has been uploaded, click the confirm upload link in the members menu and see if there is a link to download your video.

Well I got my password and stuff yesterday, is it possible it expired already? And if so what do i do now?

Thank you guys so much. I finally got it to work and now I can upload my AMVs. I wanna thank each and every one of you for being so darn patiet with me. Im in your debt. THANKS!!!!!!!!
