I think that this subject is pretty ridiculous. Obviously it DOES need to be talked about and I agree with AD that it should be a case sensitive authorization, but I mean c'mon. We're talking about a double-edged sword. No matter how you look at it, you can't be right about this one. So arguing is pointless. We're technically breaking laws to make AMVs, but people are so anal about releasing illegally made clips....that we'd realistically have to get to our computer...illegally, which can be done through a guide you guys made, lol. It's just too fuzzy of a subject to argue about.

But realistically, I think that you should be very careful about letting anything pass by on these forums, just for legal purposes. Even though I'd love to say "Link away!", in this situation I'd say that anything like that should be looked into carefully. I would most definitly go with the forum rule of asking and verifying whether or not the case is honorable before they post.

Very funny thread though. I enjoyed reading all the sarcastic comments from the two aggressive ones, especially the ^_^s.
