Dictatorship = the owner/ruler makes the rules/laws...you just follow them

the org is very much like a dictatorship in the sense that what Phade says, goes. you certainly aren't going to change the 2 week wait with the typing skills and attitude that you're presenting to us now(though it wouldn't matter how well you typed or how mature you were, you still wouldn't change it), so stop complaining and either donate a friggin' dollar or wait 2 weeks.

The Org's definition of dictatorship - A man creates site. Site is real good and develops fan base. Things happen so man sets rules. Fanbase whines that man does whatever he wants. Man doesn't care because it is his site and they are simply guests. Fan base demands they have power. Man starts to ignore...

Really people lay off Phade this is his frigg'n site. Quit telling him how to run it and start enjoying all he has already done for the amv community. Stop taking it for granted.
