Upload Completion Queue usually take this long?

Your video was 105 megs. The upload limit is 100 megs. You have to ask permission to upload a file larger than that. So compress it better below 100 megs and you should be fine.

It probably was about 100MB and you checked the filesize in different format (100MB is not 100000kB, etc).
