That's why you should read through all of the fine print and make sure you can actually donate before pledging to do so.

It sounds like he read it and all, but it just wont let him use his debit card for some reason. And people shouldn't have to read all sorts of fine print to MAKE A DONATION, it should be as simple as possible :\

There should probably be a clear separation on the first page in the donation process: click one link for a one-time donation, or click another link for a recurring pledge.

If I remember correctly, the pledge page didn't tell me I can't donate via credit/debit card paypal because it's not actually the donation page. At least I don't think so. I just thought since I could use paypal, it's ok.

The rationale behind the pledging system is that if you make regular payments, we can project that out ahead of time as a guaranteed donation for the future.

Unfortunately, I have to agree that there are some confusing things about the donation page. I'll see if I can bug someone into making a clearer donation format (keep your fingers crossed!).

DONATION INFORMATION

Credit Card via PayPal: amvorg@hotmail.com
Regular PayPal: phadeguy@hotmail.com

The donation page led me to phadeguy but it was rejected. So now I send direct to amvorg is that ok?
