that could be your problem...Norton...
if you have the original installation cd I would reccomend uninstalling any and all norton products.
For some reason Norton has been known to cause all sorts of problems.

if that's the case then you don't have to defrag or do all those scans, but I would still do them anyway...just after I upload the vid

I doubt my computer has any viruses
my computer didnt start crashing like this till I tried the FTP stuff...

Especially the programs......most of which people on this site were refering to..............

oh well..

stupid norton.....

yeah your right its a good Idea \to defrag and what not.....

I need to do that.....
