Need help with FTP

Well that helps alot, thx man. But for now i only have a 158kb file of the AMV i used to have that was 58 MB...so now i dont have the orginal 58 MB file. So this must mean i have to re-export it on Premiere and then resize it down in VDub then i can try wat u told me up there
