Oh no no wait I figured it out, i found the address bar, i had to turn some other stuff off for it to show up.

Alright i got the address bar opened and i typed in that ftp://username:password@nago.animemusicvideos.org and it to me to a page that said FTP root at nago.animemusicvideos.org so now what?
