Well after 1 and a half hours of downloading got opera and now gonna try it. (Dam slow internet)

It works fine. Did you try pressing "Pause"?
Both Opera and all, if not most versions of Mozilla have Pause buttons. hit it before you close it. It's basically guaranteed 100% to resume.
