1 download -> many reviews

My brother downloads the AMVs and i watch them with him... but how can I leave an opinion if he already did?!
If I click on "submit opinion" the site tells me i have not downloaded the video. But isn't it obvious that i have already seen it if i want to share my thoughts on it?
Must we download every vid 2 times with different accounts? It really would be a big nuisance!

you may have downloaded a direct or indirect version of the video. click local

thats pretty much how it works...

the system was put into place to help deterr spam, and to slow down people leaving opinions on videos they havent downloaded/watched... aparently people flaming each other in opinions was/is a problem, but this slows down most trolls, to the point they dont want to do it...

solution: download the videos on your profile instead of your brother's if youre more apt to leave opinions than he is, or only download videos that dont have a local link (good luck at that)

or just download it twice....
