Method 2 Suggestion Glitch

Recently, when I have the method 1 and method 2 50 video suggestions regenerate, the method 2 list isn't regenerating all the way. First it was 29 videos, then 32, then 33. Then after I downloaded the 33 videos and waited for the next day to regenerate, the list only generated 9 videos. Method 1 is still regenerating 50 videos, so I'm not sure what's going on. The best explanation I can think of is that 41 of the videos are being logged as showing up on the list but aren't physically showing up.
