Just tossing out a random thought, but are absolutely sure you downloaded it? When the screen comes up, does it give a date when you downloaded the video? I've downloaded a couple videos using the same combination, but when I went to op one of them, it wouldn't let me. Till I realized I had downloaded the same combo, but another creator.

So did Orwell. It's been the case for months now (when did it start, exactly? sometime in 2005?) that if a local link is available for a video, you MUST download from that link in order to leave a full opinion.

I still don't like this myself, and I probably won't be offering my next video as a local download because of it. The only problem is that you need to offer a local download in order to get star ratings.

Yeah, I'm positive. I tried to download it again, and it does show me the date I downloaded it. I'm actually accessing the video through 'my downloads' on the menu.

Do you think it could be an internet explorer issue? I'm thinking of just getting Firefox, and seeing if it works then.

Good to know. ^^ I actually just finished installing it, and my 'submit opinion' has magically reappeared again. I guess it was IE. Thanks all, for your help. ;D
