Sorry, Jpegs are smaller so you lose quality. Try saving it as something else until you find something smaller that is still decent quality. EVERYTHING won't be horrid color.

Second, if it remains still in good quality, it's still too big. And I said it doesn't have JPEG; I have Windows 98, so I have that edition.
