A little problem

Hi there...I have been having some problems when i was trying to upload my first amv....I've completed all the data and after that i get a link a username and a password...totally normal..i guess...

but after i enter i cant find any upload button ....so what should i do?...this is what i find...

does opera have a built in ftp?
if not you'll have to get a ftp client
filezilla is free, just click on the pic in my sig
the interface is pretty intuative, post again if you need more help
