Changing locked video info...

I was wondering how i can change some of my locked video information. For one of my amvs, i forgot to add "digital effects" even though it has been a while since i uploaded. When i go to edit vids their are no categories i can pick that would change this. Do i possibly, really have to upload the amv again if i want to change this locked info ??
