How do I acctivate my AMV?

Does anyone know when the AMV is downloadable after it is put up? I just started making mine, yet I cannot understand when the AMV will be watchable for others. It is sad when no one will be able to watch it.

Did you upload it and confirm the upload?

just uploaded one and it took less then 5 mins to see it say local on the profile page.
