Problem - Help!!

It may be something to do with my computer, but i can't even get to the first page for submitting video information.

I can get to 'Step 0' and tick the 'I agree' box, but it won't load the next page no matter what i try.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

It might be your firewall, I had a problem like yours some time ago with Norton Personal Firewall 2004... try to disenable it for a while and see if the page works...
Or maybe you have to change some preferences in your browser's settings...
