Help with uploading a long video- greater than 100 MB

Im trying to upload a video that is a little over 100 MB. I dont want to cut anything out, it would mess up the timing and the music. What can I do?

How long is it? Depending on how long it is, you may be able to request special upload permission using the given form.

More accurately, WHY is it over 100 meg? Did you not compress the audio, is the video not compressed properly? Or is it an hour long video?

It is not very long- just over 7 min...How do I compress the video and audio?
