Weird Problem...

Post by I_Am_The_Ninja » Mon Dec 05, 2005 4:02 pm

Okay. So you could say that I'm a "n00b" to the site. Well, as can be expected, I've got a question about downloading the AMVs here.

See, I recently found a few good ones. But when I went to download them, it just played them in this little tiny screen in "Media" thingy in my browser. And when I went to re-try it to see if I could actually DOWNLOAD it to save it to my computer, it just said "You already have this AMV downloaded", and provided a link to re-try the download. When I clicked the link, it just played the video in my browser again. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or does the AMV download to somewhere else?

The following may not be exact because it's translated from German, but it'll give you an idea what to do:

In Internet Explorer go "Extras->Internet options"
Select the tab "Extended"
Look for "Multimedia"
Uncheck "Play videos in websites" and "Play audio in websites"
