Are you trying to confirm the upload? or trying to upload the amv?
if you are uploading the amv
are you using an ftp program?
if so is it client-side or server-side?
is your firewall set to low/off?
if not, make sure you turn your firewall to the low or off setting.
as stupid as it may sound are you sure you're entering the username and password exactly as typed on the page? (where you got the password/username)
if confirming the upload
Like derobert said, he's doing some work, and this may be causing the failed connection.
in this case I'd try again, if it doesn't work then try in a few days
