Upload Video - Step 1 - Not Working

As it says in the subject, I tried to enter a new video, but the first step is just a blank page. The funny thing is, that I could enter a new video just a couple of hours ago, and it still worked, but now I can't change the comments/enter a new one.

Can somebody help me?

*and yes, I tried to open a new browser, refresh the page, but it still doesn't work*
