need banner help...[how to resize them]
im trying to make a banner... but since it has to be 20k or less it looks like crap. what methods or file types do people use to make their banners look so darn crisp and clean? im using photoshop cs and illustrator cs. any advice would be great. thanks.

I use another program that came on my computer... but I save in Jpg at 94% or so and it seems to be alright quality for mine... GIF usually makes things too blocky o.0... I am not sure exactly how to help with your problem though, I bet starting out with high quality pictures can be part of it o.0
