ok so i made a request for download but i deleted it later on b.c the video wasnt finished....so when i finally finished the video...i found that the request or w.e was still there so i uploaded the video to that...well they said that itll take 5-10 minutes before my video can be up for download...and lets just say its been hours now....help!

Have you confirmed the upload? Did you set the right premiere date?
