I need help.....I am new!

I want to add one of my music videos, but it is saved on my computer and not on a site. I order for me to upload my video, do I have to have it on a site, or can I just upload it from my computer?

I just go to upload video? Then what? It only tells me to download a FTP thing.

then you get an ftp program (if you aren't using Internet Explorer)
I suggest FireZilla

the rest is click and drag or typing some things (ie your username and password)
