Why wont they delete my video?

I have requested 3 times to delete my video because I messed up and put an incomplete version of the video and they have denied me all three times. Also one of them I went to upload the video and the server I was going to upload to was no longer working what do I do then?

1: this dosn't belong in this section
2: i'd assume that you would have to upload a replacement first, since this is the MO that Tom the Fish used to delete all of his videos. The admins don't want to fall for that again.

just upload again, I did the same thing with one of my videos and that's how I fixed it.
