Resuming downloads

Hiya, I'm not sure if this had been asked or not before, just did a quick scroll through which is all I can do as the damn thing's gonna crash in a minute. Stone henge is more technologically advanced than this minion of cyber satan. Anyway, that's essentially my problem. I have one of the ol' Win 98's, takes an age to download so when it crashes I lose hours of valuable partially downloaded AMV's. Is there a program I can use to just resume the old download, instead of starting over every time? It's just the usual grey 'File Download' 98 box, nothing special.
