Quick Comments don't show?

For those videos which have a "Comment History" with some linked date highlighted, is it supposed to show the comment posted? I click on them and it just reloads the same screen with the original summary cropped.

Are quick comments only viewable by the person those comments are intended for?

The "comment histories" aren't Quick Comments. They're archive editions of the video info blurbs.

Every time a member edits his video info write-up, the old version of it is saved and added to the comment history list.

Oh, thanks for clarifying that. Then maybe somebody could answer this: Are these new Quick Comments only visable by the person they are intended for? Is there no way for me to read the comments I just posted or to show which videos I wrote for?
