I've uploaded a video and I pass through the confirm upload page where I enter in the number of bytes the file has. Then, I go to the test video page. I try to test the video but it brings me to a 'forbidden' page. I can't check my video.
What do I do?

What's your FTP user name? Is it possible you set some overly restrictive permissions when you uploaded to the FTP server?
