Kero Server question

I apologize if someone's already said this, but I haven't found anything that would indicate that. (A full forum search on the word 'Kero' seems thorough enough.)

It seems like I've been having the reverse of a problem reported earlier...this time it's Kero that's screwy and Nago's fine.

If Kero's fine (likely is), is there anything I should adjust in my settings to help alleviate this? I am encountering this problem in both IE and Firefox. I use EZ Firewall, setting this site as 'Trusted'. I possess no anonymizers or download accelerators.
