so i uploaded a banner, and it's not there in my "My Banners" or the new banners... what's going on?=(

OK, found my problem, it is wayyyyyyyyyy too big, how do i make it smaller?

Save it as a lower quality? What graphics program are you using? =/

phtoshop, but i don't wanna reduce it's quality:( anything else?

try to save it as a JPG file, instead of GIF~~~ cuz GIF takes wayy too much space~~ hope this helps =)
